Transit Timeline: The standard shipping duration for transit to European destinations is estimated to be between 7 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch from our central facility.

Systemic Notifications: To maintain continuous transparency, automated tracking updates will be systematically transmitted to the electronic mail address provided at the time of purchase. These notifications occur at vital milestones, specifically:

While photographic evidence is sufficient for initial remediation, NINE.N (PTE. LTD.) reserves the right to request the return of the item should an investigation into repeated or high-value claims be required.

Resolution Mechanism: Upon administrative verification of the photographic evidence, we will arrange for a complete refund of the purchase value or dispatch a brand-new replacement product.

Exemption from Returns: To ensure a smooth resolution process, the consumer is not required to arrange or execute a physical return of the compromised or broken item back to our facilities. The confirmation via photographic documentation is sufficient to finalize the remediation.
